Do I need to know what I want before reaching out?
No. Plenty of clients show up with a vague problem and no idea what technology fits. That's what the discovery call is for — we'll ask the right questions and help you see the shape of a solution. If we're not the right team, we'll say so.

How fast will I hear back?
Within one business day, usually much faster. Both studio founders read every inquiry personally; there's no intake team and no ticketing system.

Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. 30 minutes, no cost, no obligation. We've found that a short honest conversation saves everyone weeks of back-and-forth. The only thing we ask is that you show up with a real problem to solve.

What if we're in different time zones?
We work with clients across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. The calendar shows slots in your local time automatically. If nothing fits, email us and we'll find something.

Can I send an NDA first?
Absolutely. We'll sign your NDA or send ours before the discovery call. Just mention it in the form or email, and we'll have it countersigned within a few hours.
